The Abbeymill Experience

Given the many problems we have had in our dealings with Abbeymill Homes Ltd having purchased properties from one of their developments, we feel it is important for anyone considering buying from them to have a true reflection of the customer experience and the attention to detail (or lack thereof) in their properties.

They will put out puff pieces claiming…

“the company reduces stress and uncertainty for clients by resolving any challenges that arise. From opportunities for customisation to exceptional aftercare services, Abbeymill Homes is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service … [building] a trusting and communicative relationship between developer and homeowner, ensuring that clients feel supported as they begin their life in their new home”

…but this is far from the truth. The builds are plagued with issues, ‘luxury interiors’ involve the cheapest of components and poor decorative finishes… and it’s a fight to get anything fixed as their after-sales service is woefully inadequate.

As we begin sharing the issues and stresses experienced by those buying homes on Abbeymill’s Bessemer Fields development, we invite anyone who has bought from Abbeymill in any of their other developments to get in touch (with photos and evidence to ensure Abbeymill cannot claim false representation) so we can give others a true picture of the Abbeymill experience.
